Mortgage Bankers

Qualifications:

• If experienced, currently producing 3 or more new-purchase loans/mo.
• Total loan funding should equal at least $1 million/mo.
• Developed referral base of realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys and/or accountants.
• Undergraduate university degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• If entry-level, demonstrable sales or related industry experience highly preferred. Chicago Bancorp’s comprehensive training program instills industry-best practices and skills gleaned from more than a decade of successful mortgage banking.

Locations: Chicago (West Loop HQ) and Naperville, Illinois.

Compensation: Generous commission up to 70% of gross revenue, the best compensation program in the industry.

Mortgage Analyst (loan processor)
