I wanted to drop you a quick note to express my thanks for the bank’s help in closing my recent refinancing.  The economic lending climate has certainly changed over the last few years and your team did a great job of coaching me through the refinancing process and alerting me to the new rules and regulations.  The level of customer service and expertise were clearly top notch.  While I probably could have offered my business to a number of banks (to bid on), I continue to rely on Chicago Bancorp, you, and your team.

Please extend my thanks to Kelly.  She knew her way through the process, was ultra-responsive and gave us a level of comfort that we were being taken care of with nothing missed.  You have my business and referrals always.  I cannot tell you how much of an enjoyable experience it was dealing with the Bank.
