I don’t know how many of you have ever had difficulty getting a home loan, but let me tell you how much difficulty I had… We started our mortgage search in 2004… We had sold a condo and hired a mortgage broker to secure a loan for us. After a long and arduous search for a home, we found a home, put in earnest money, secured a contract, only to be told 5 days before the contract ended that our loan had fallen through because of a 50.00 Target charge. The condo sold, my two children and I were homeless as my husband had been deployed. We rented a house and lived there for the next 7 years. The last two years I contacted mortgage companies referred through friends and was told my credit was too bad to ever secure a mortgage loan.

From the first conversation to the last he was more helpful to me than any of the mortgage brokers, realtors, agents, employees that I had gone to in 8 years. Chris Totani single handedly renewed my faith in the mortgage industry. He was honest, helpful, realistic, and encouraging. I would recommend him if you have good credit, fair credit, or like me, not so great credit. He was available to me on Saturdays, Sundays, during the week, and even through his own family outings. No one is better at getting you through the home loan process than Chris Totani. He has literally helped me make long time dream come true.
