If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the
date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share
your information as described in this notice.

| How does Chicago Bancorp protect my personal information? |

- We do not share information with non affiliates

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together
market financial products or services to you.

VT: Accounts with a Vermont mailing address are automatically treated as if they have limited the sharing as described onpage 1. For joint marketing we will only disclose your name, contact information and information about your transactions.
